Teaching Competencies
My generalist formation along with my dissertation research qualifies me to teach a wide variety of courses in Hispanic studies at all levels. My preliminary exam preparation demonstrates my capacity to teach survey courses in all eras and areas of Hispanic literature, with specializations in Colonial Latin America, 19th-Century Latin America, and 20th-Century Latin America.
